Since the SpeakUp System process is a highly automated, state-of-the-art solution, the staff at People Intouch have the time to specialise in supporting the clients with all elements related to implementing and operating a reporting tool. The team consists of several criminologists and management consultants; professionals that understand the intricacies and sensitivities that come into play when dealing with these issues.

When facing the implementation and operation of an internal reporting procedure, we see companies - big and small - struggling with the same issues. Our approach is to keep them from re-inventing the wheel. An approach should of course be tailored to the specific organisation and culture, but still many common elements - which have been proven to work for various organisations -  should be preserved.
