Implementation

The organisational part of the SpeakUp System’s implementation is centred around organisations' questions, such as:

  • How should we address national data protection regulations?
  • How do we set up the internal reporting procedure?
  • How do we deal with labour representatives?
  • How do we align the reporting procedure with the code of conduct and other existing complaints procedures?
  • How do we internally set up the message intake and handling/investigation structure?
  • How do we obtain support from local management?
  • How do we organise a multi-lingual roll-out simultaneously in all countries?
  • How do we get the right message across to our employees?
  • How do we deal with cultural hesitation towards the practice of reporting?
  • How do we make sure the reporting procedure does not fall into disuse?

Within the technical part of the implementation, the free phone lines and web system in all applicable countries will be set up and configured according to the organisations’ specifications. The phone lines and web system will be set up in all applicable languages. All further technicalities and arrangements for the operational period will be finished. After the testing phase, the technical implementation has been completed. Depending on the number of countries and languages, the complete technical implementation process takes 2 to 6 weeks.
