All employees at People Intouch B.V. have been – and will continue to be – selected based on their high level of education and professionalism.  All co-workers are personally interested in compliance and misconduct reporting. They understand the necessity and great value of a well-functioning system for reporting misconduct, and are therefore committed to offering their best-in-class system to their clients. Because SpeakUp is not a labour intensive process, these skilled people have the time to truly get to know the dynamics of misconduct reporting.  All co-workers are supported in expanding their knowledge in the field. Because People Intouch works with a relatively small group of people, all members are involved both practically and theoretically in the SpeakUp System. This intertwinement of theory and practice in the day to day activities adds to the level of quality.
