Integrated with SpeakUp®
The SpeakUp system and the SpeakSoft Case Management System (CMS) are integrated. All telephone and web messages in the SpeakUp system are available in the CMS. Additionally, the CMS can handle messages from outside the SpeakUp system as well. The CMS also enables the company representative to formulate a response to the employee. This makes the CMS the central environment for handling both SpeakUp messages and messages from outside the SpeakUp system.
